I must say that I have learnt alot in 2009.
And now, as usual, it's time to review my resolutions for 2009.1. Study Hard
Definitely done. I've studied like I've never ever studied before.
I've studied so hard that people in school thinks that I'm a mugger.
This is a breakthrough you know..lol2. Start learning Japanese
Hell yea...me and val finally got our ass down to Bunka and registered for the Japanese class...More Japanese classes awaiting in the future..lol3. Keep in contact with old friends
Kinda done..had meetups with 0405 and dyb peeps...:D and of course my secondary school friends...wow..I should have even more meetups though...4. Go to Japan (?)
Oh well...this was not fulfilled...but since I went to Hong Kong and Bangkok instead, I guess it can be a replacement? haha! :D More trips in 2010 hopefully!
5. Catch my first ever concert
Sadly not fulfilled. The rumor of Arashi coming to Singapore/Malaysia was obviously not true. And since I want to keep my virgin concert for a Japanese artiste/band...I guess I'll have to wait...6. DYB Zoo Trip
FINALLY FINALLY FULFILLED.
It was great. And lots of people turned up.
But of course, there are always people who can't make it (or perhaps they just didn't want to be there)
NOW!
My resolutions for this year:
1. Study hard
This will continue to be a must-have in my resolution till the day I graduate. There were a few times I got so overwhelmed by what's happening around in school that I've forgotten my dreams/goals. It made me feel lost. But thank goodness my dreams/goals are always here with me. It will always motivate me. And I will never stop trying.
2. Apply to go to UB
I really want to make this true. I don't want to be just talking about this but not doing anything to fulfill it. This is why I really must work hard for the upcoming semester and then apply to go to UB.
3. Continue learning Japanese
DUH! :D
4. More overseas trips!
I want to travel around the world more. :D
It's nice to be traveling with my sis. And not to mention no parents..hehehehehe :D:D
5. 10th year anniversary with secondary school best friend (:
Yes! I'm going to celebrate the 10th year anniversary with my secondary school best friend! It's nice to know that I still have someone supporting me and listening to my rants when I needed it most. (:
This are the resolutions I have for this year. And I need to continue reminding myself to move on in life. And never look back.
I can already foresee a year filled with activities, new memories and of course, more fan-girling to keep me happy (:"Scars left behind will become part of a memory.
And these memories are going to push me closer to my dreams!"
